Isaac arrived at my home in the expected timeframe to install a PSP Vortexx Series R Surge Protection Device on my electrical panel. He was polite, explained what he was going to do, and when he was finished, he showed me the work he completed. He labeled the sections on the electrical panel and answered all my questions. Isaac reminded me to check for the green light on the surge protector occasionally to ensure that it was still working. He told me who to contact if the light was not green. He gave me a sheet of paper with the warranty information and the QR code to scan and a phone number to call if the light was not green. He had me complete a Client Walk-Through Checklist that ensured the following: Walked through the entire project in detail Cleaned all spaces where work was performed Verified the installation is working properly Answered all questions Verified that I was satisfied with the overall project Provided a 5-Star experience This was important to me as I am not an electrician. I appreciated the detailed explanation so that I could understand what was done and be satisfied that my electrical system was protected. He did a great job of adding the surge protector monitor below my electrical panel. It was neatly placed in the drywall, and he did not mess up the drywall that he cut into. My garage was in the same condition as when he came. I received the receipt and additional information about the service provided today by email. Five Stars!
